a great sadness today. i am putting this message out there in the hopes of preventing senseless deaths. one year ago today, my husband's two cousins, mel and barbara, were hit and both killed while crossing the street by a drunk driver. please . . . even if you have had only one drink, do not drink and drive. call uber or a cab or a friend. save lives!
