how the hell do you upload these funny squares

ok so you go in the emotes tab and there should be a lil gear? and you go to the Add tab and you gotta make em small but i've found the size limit to not be too restrictive for longer gifs

damn, i wish i had photoshop to make these gifs smaller lol

gimp does that too ha ha ha
