挑選使用者訪談對象也是很有趣的事情。怎麼說呢，嚴格定義我們的使用者後，我們認為是決定要住月子中心的新手爸媽。但是到第二胎時，爸媽要考慮的變因又更多了，而這個變因很可能會導是爸媽選擇不住月子中心。

對我來說，我無法分辨爸媽選擇不做月子中心是因為二胎，還是因為其他因素。而這個決定到底是現在發生的，還是受前項因素的影響。真的好難啊。
