anyone have any ideas on how to talk to a therapist for free online.
every time i talk to my parents it feels like the only thing they bring to me is the feeling of falling into an endless pit of despair. they wont send me to counseling and im running out of options
mmm Talkspace Online Therapy there's talkspace but its not free
in vancouver the queer resource center, qmunity does free therapy for up to ten sessions for folx
so i wonder if there's similar resources near you?
that's not online but maybe it coudl be over the phone?

yeah...lots of phone lines are open its just hard to talk i get choaked up easily
