Monday: Butterscotch confetti, buttertart slice, nanaimo bar, and pineapple bars. Never made any of those things before, except nanaimo bar, but even then, it wasn't from scratch.

Tuesday: 72 tarts, 2 quiche, peanut brittle.

Tonight: 138 tarts (cherry, lime, strawberry, and blueberry cheesecake tarts)
