Pretty sure That's just an eye shine. I don't think it comes with eyes.
I wear mine with mesh eyes
it only comes with system eyes, you can use system eyes or mesh eyes with it
i think you might need a different alpha for the head to be able to wear it with system eyes

just turn off the glare in the hud
I don't think it has a slider, just on and off
