(sounds like it's just an HQ thing)
They are going to be matching some of our 401k contributions though? If I heard that right.
They said all full time employees for that one.
Yes, but do you count as an employee?
we count when they want to count us
I even said that in the last stupid question
give me a moment and I'll share - J is going to "explain" some things about it in the lead chat
omg if you could see all the CS people basically kissing J's ass for "standing up for us and fighting for us!"
lol, J had to make a temp chat to address all the stuff that HQ is getting and we're not
Surprised she's even talking about it, tbh. This is par for the course.
just to talk to those who were on and watch the meeting - she's going to send out a email to everyone later
last stupid question: Do you feel like you'll have the opportunity to reach your full potential at our organization?
1 I work for a department that feels like no one cares about. I don't live in California.
I'm shocked they haven't contacted me about that
"We swear we aren't ignoring you!" /continues to ignore
J had nothing to do with the raises being reinstituted (that was the guy who came after BL). J has never once advocated for the mod team (CS has always been her baby and in fact argued with me more than once that we shouldn't ask for COLA raises. J also has been Team iE since day one.
Don't kid yourselves, CS team. She'll throw you under the bus in a heartbeat.
And I'd really like to ask her to clarify what progress she thinks has been made for the mod team. Because from what I've heard from you all, you aren't seeing any more perks or benefits than you were when I was still there, and other than the raises from the post-BL year, there weren't any perks other than having a job.
Wow, plurk. Thanks for not updating until now.
But yeah, it's a shit show.
