I don't want the FCC chairman to push through changes that will allow ISPs to block or slow down content. My understanding is the new language in this plan will allow creating fast lanes that will charge users extra. What about that is good?
i mean that's what that free HBO, free Netflix specials are- violating net neutrality.. but there's ways around it, which is apparently why they've not been dinged. Usually the FCC has crazy powers, but somehow they can't even enforce this!
i mean today, if I broadcast on a ham frequency and some old ham reports me, immediate 10k fine. But somehow AT&T and Tmobile can slip away on some grounds for giving priority to services?
