I’ve decided to try journaling again! I haven’t really done it in a few years, since my anxiety and worries had made me scarce on the internet really. But I feel like me not being able to dump the thoughts out of my head has made me even more insane. I should journal/blog every night to have my brain be fresh for the next day. When things pile up...it’s hard
