I got a transfer to a center where the hours are 1:30pm to midnight so not really graveyard but is a drastic shift from my regular 6:30am-5pm

so any advice on how to adjust sleep schedules and get used to not being dead at night would be awesome

or just what it's like for your daily life is fine too
