I'd like to think that the people who refuse to evacuate from Irma will at least help rescue people, volunteer at the shelters and deliver water and supplies to the needy as soon as it's safe to step outside. I sure would do my part, if it was me.
A lot of people don't refuse, they simply can't, for whatever reason, be it monetary, lack of transportation, pets, illness, etc. Now for those that can, but won't, I agree with you. But you have to hope they all make it safely through, first.

Exactly, Skye. I would like to see the people who could have left but were too stubborn now go help the people who were unable to get out.
