so i basically got volunteered to patch up an old blanket for one of my residents at work. i would have done it regardless, but the aide who got the ball rolling made it sound like there were just small seam tears. spoilers: that was not the case. >:|

the fabric's so old and thin and gets washed so often that deterioration is unavoidable, but this should give it some more time

yeah, eventually the whole thing's gonna wear out. god only knows how old it is, but every other part of it seems to be holding together well. its just the outside edge thats wearing out
