Our new office assistant was hired largely to keep up with making travel reservations for 5 execs. She's currently annoying the bejeezus out of me by doing all those reservations by phone rather than online.
Also, saying "my manager" to people holds absolutely no credibility unless you are booking for a name people recognize.
