This Grab Driver is explicitly ignoring everything I'm saying as if I weren't here. He was perfectly fine when he picked me up and even said good morning but when he changed routes to my destination, he completely and utterly did not acknowledge my presence, let alone what I was saying. WTF is happening. 
you sure he's not hard of hearing. I got an uber driver once who was and I think the app had a note that said he was.

slangards: I've been told it could be that but I didn't notice any note for the trip and the driver and I had a conversation when I got in. I really hope it was untintentional though.
