And now the important game-opening info:

The game opens at midnight GMT, with an opening log for all accepted players.

Yes, it's a mingle log, but it will have plot-related prompts and additional information, not the same as the TDM.

Once the game is officially open, players are also free to post in the Musou Mirror comm at any time, as they please.

Apps will be processed continuously, so even if you can't polish one up and get in by midnight GMT, we will get to it ASAP so you can still jump in during opening week.

as far as bars: that is correct, there is no official tavern in the main camp but the teahouse may serve sake to dignitaries. There may or may not be bars in any of the territories brought in from other canons.
