you can file a DMCA

The Logo of the store is yours as it's creative property, you do nto need a trademark or copyright since it's artistic work, and is yours

So if you treat your Logo as an art work of your property instead of a corporate logo then you can file a DMCA of the usage they have of it as marketplace image

Personal experience over my own illustrations used as banners/covers/webmaterial/etc ( not necessarly related to SL too), which conforms over the copyright act

NatiWilliams: You are more than welcome, I got plenty of scars by the subject unfortunately but at least the skin gets tougher in time, good luck Nati

I think you might also be able to report it on MP, not sure if they have changed those options or not

Kala_Bijoux: I did not find this option :-(

peaches_in_sl: True that aswell, sometimes it's a bit of a composition of approaches if you want your things protected, even a few dmcas for the same thief, what matters is never giving up and taking them down. I personally never talk to them or engage in a debate, it's a lost case ( tried in my first instances of content theft) - and thanks for add!
