My lawn maintenance man just called me "baby girl". He's so cute. he runs the business for his father, but he's 60+ if he's a day. I'm all, "aww" about it (versus ugh if it was coming from someone else)
If someone called me that, he'd better be fucking me. 
Zaafir: he's still a handsome man, but too short for me. I honestly think it's an age thing, and it's adorable he thinks I'm young enough to hear that.
My dad calls every woman he ever meets "sweetheart," so I get that.
