I like the one without the second row better.

The extra base is confusing. It looks like it's up on something or a shadow or something and it's distracting. I much prefer the simpler one.

I like the one without the second row as well. It's a bit of a simpler image, kind of like an icon, that's easier for me to 'read' as a wine glass.

if there were a double line on the whole glass, I'd like that, but it looks out of place to have it on only one part of the outline.
