he has a noticeably russophone way of structuring sentences, which means he kind of piles in words until he runs out of breath. he has a very cultured and upper-class accent over a very very strong working-class vesselite accent, which would probably map onto like

speaking with a very obvious yiddish accent

he is very careful to cover it up. he uses unnecessarily big words.

he also totally does the equivalent of uptalking

which actually has a different connotation for him, bc phrasing things as a rhetorical question is a thing in yiddish? but nonetheless, he uptalks.
