I bought a signature body and a catwa non bento head. Who sells skins which can be applied for both... any idea? Tableau vivant doesn't seem to have appliers for these

You will just need to find omega compatible skins which are many I believe. Try Stray Dogs?

Tab Viv do have appliers for both! Also try Clef de Peau, and Rogan I'd second kookiemonsta's recommendation of Stray Dogs for you.
Stray dogs doesn't seem to have a vendor or some new technology exists for buying. Let me try Tableau vivant again
