Parents don't get why i visit USA often... which is really 2 times in 3 years. this year i plan my 3rd trip. it's not that often... plus i have friends thereeeee
And then you have plenty of hk people who fly to Taiwan or Japan n times per year
.... then again, Taiwan is 1.5-2 hrs away
osaka is 3-4 hrs and tokyo is 4-5 hrs

with that said, thanks to my frequent flying between hk and Sydney, i find 8-9 hr flights standard so flying 12 hrs to usa west coast is ok
