Amazon, what the fuck is this? I'm inside all day just to wait for this delivery, and 10 minutes ago you sent me an email saying you failed delivering the package and you will do that again tomorrow. I mean I'm right inside, have you ever try to call or text me? Not to say there's even a reception counter right downstairs in the lobby. WTF?!
