Feeling down... besides of animator, what can I do... had been hard keep teaching newbies animation knowledge, and then 1-2 years, they go interview other studios or searching new jobs. what I get at the end...
now a days newbie always like to work 2-3 yrs then will change place, they won't stay a place too long...是猛龍不過江
