The game is Trouble in Terrorist Town, a gamemode for Garry's Mod. It's a "hidden role" game, where one (sometimes more) players are secretly a Traitor, and have to try and kill all the other players.

As an innocent, you have no idea who you can trust, and who is out to get you. Many servers play this game with a lot of rules, and treat it very seriously.
