I'll just answer all lol. Also assuming that service jobs mean waitress, cashier, and customer service stuff

Most of them are pretty much civil and nice, realizing that is a person across of them, not a robot, but there are differences

I am gonna take hotel room scene for Rin as a reference. He's mostly polite, but doesn't chat anyone up, and if they screw up, he won't hesitate to voice his complaints and argue with them. He's cool, but keeps his distance, but he also expects them to do the work they have signed to do

Sano is totally the guy who walks into a reception, or a cafe and immediately chats up the first person to tend to him. If something's wrong he tends to inquire rather than complain and understand the reason, rather than look for a solution.Might end u saying "THis is a trashy place, you should quit, you're obviously better than this" lol

He also leaves a generous tip in restaurants and always says thanks. Yogi and Kenya don't make a difference either. They're prone to chat the service up, though Yogi more than Kenya. Latter will do it only when he feels like it and he actually expects them to do their job as well. Won't be confrontational about it though. They both tip

Rin only tips when satisfied and he usually doesn't say thanks (as most of us don't) when he leaves a bank or whatever.
