If you played at the Library previously then you will be allowed to add one character to the cast without submitting an app. By the first AC period, there must be character information posted on their journal that explains who the character is/their canon/canon point etc.

I agree. Luke won't hurt anything but he's still having his Force power suppressed where it would make him able to move big things, push things that are big etc

but we don't want them defenseless in the Library cause well.. bad things happen there too
And there are some beings in canons that could do serious damage to the Library
