I would imagine three things.

Friendly battles with Hilda and anyone else.

Playing with them like you would other animals... like playing fetch and stuff with a dog.

And building a play area for them to exercise on.

doesn't the daycare have a play area? or am I thinking of the one in the Bastion?

You're thinking of the one in the Bastion. The one here may have a play area too, but I don't think it's anywhere near the scope of the one Colin made in Bastion.
