This was my first time working with tamarind, and I'm really pleased with the results!

I failed hard on stir-frying the eggs in though. There wasn't enough heat, so even though I let them cook for a good minute first, when I started to stir they just coated everything and started to cook

all of it into a bit blob

Came through alright in the end though
