for us we sort all our bug reports' priority base and impact and occurrence.....this sounds like a low occurrence (aka edge cases) incident if it is indeed not an expected behavior from your users.

we ignore bugs like these all the time if it takes too long to fix XDDDDDD

haha ya our backlogs got super big~ so we ended up moving a bunch of "shippable" bugs to a different backlog so our sprint planning doesnt take an hour lol
