He was supposed to come to Malaprops in NC but was one of the authors to cancel their event because of the transgender bathroom bill.

I understand making a statement but I worry that small bookstores that don't agree with the bathroom bill will suffer if all these authors cancel on them!!

it was a different dog! in the movie I saw last week, the lobster. it was similar though, all the sad dog stories

are you listening to the audiobook, mako? it's only 5 ish hours, you'll burn through it on your commute

also, I was watching an interview with him and apparently this is totally autobiographical, so in those parts when you think omg that's too much, nope. that actually happened to him.
