I got into a mesh body - although I don't wear it all the time. Mesh head ... not until I can find one with lips that approximate to Saffia's ... they all seem HUGE

Heads aren't necessary, you can use your system head with it. I've been reading peoples' comments about this.

Yes, I had a mesh body a long time before I went with the mesh head.

The mesh body to me is a huge upgrade. The mesh head is more.... well its nice, if you can get one you like.
