had a dream last night that I sprained my ankle, woke up this morning and my ankle was sprained. wtf. after dealing with the pain all day and barely managing it with tylenol, I am pulling out the big guns...
yup, prednisone here I come
thankfully I keep some on hand all the time for potential gout issues (yay chronic kidney disease!)
