Wash your hands with baking soda after cutting hot peppers. Just water isn't enough, and even soap won't take it all out.

With hot peppers, it takes more than a mere hand-wash sometimes. That capsaicin really soaks in.

Paleo Sriracha (Homemade 20-Minute Sriracha) except I don't make it that way, I roast the peppers on a charcoal grill, peel and seed them, and then progress as per the recipe (more or less)
