I may have overdone the spices - 4 eggs instead of a dozen, and the full spice load.
This one is going to be interesting, because I'm none too sure about the rice vinegar.
What can be unsure about rice vinegar?
It was... vintage is a kind way to put it.
Unless it has oils in it, like red-pepper vinegar, it's hard to get it to spoil.
