UBC's Sage Bistro is good. I also had our office party at the Boathouse at Kitslano beach before.

when I was at blast once they booked the entire alibi room~ pretty nice and they had multiple servers bringing food to you so you can move around quite freely XD (not stuck to one table)

gasp How come Pinky and I aren't Plurk friends?! Haha I will help as best as I can. Some things to consider: What's your budget? Do you want catering separately or packaged with venue?

Is this a sit down dinner party or tapas mix and mingle? Upscale or casual? Do you want to have it in Richmond or downtown or other parts of Vancouver?

Is food the main focus or will there be other programs too? (need to consider A/V options for venues if you are going to have entertainment)
