Went to see the doctor today, she gave me an app and told me to come back when I've finished it if I haven't improved... It's 12 weeks long... Kill me now...
Also gave me details for an alcohol abuse service... Like I had mentioned about going out every couple of weeks but not the past week of drinking... So was mildly confused but hey
