So, in the ghetto area which I work in, once in a while you'll see pieces of weaves from a woman's hair that got ripped out on the street.

Probably from a fight, or drunken stupor, or because they wanted to change it out and just tossed it on the street b/c that's where people toss their trash. And when it's windy... they tumble.

Hence tumble weave
