Apparently Article 50 states that the referendum is not binding. It must be taken to Parliament. But you probably already know this.
yes, this ref does not have to be officialized, legally speaking, but since the win-margin exceeds One Million votes, chances are it will be. Since Cameron is out, a populist will jump in & do the job.
