So I have become really good at changing my sleep patterns when needed.
I think this is adaptive because of how much traveling I do? And like, changing time zones is a thing I've done four times this month alone?
But suddenly I wake up naturally at 6am and it is like... AMAZING.
Except for the part where the breakfastat the hotel doesn't open until 7...haha. I should head down and eat now though.
(I'm such a good student this semester.)
