Just a small update: she's still in hospital, flitting between being awake and unconsciousness with broken bones in her face/head, broken leg and probably broken arm too (haven't gotten a confirmation on that).

There was another exchange student involved in the same car accident who was taken to a different hospital after the accident and who is STILL unconscious. My guess is that she has a serious head injury.

There were also two japanese students, one driving the car and the other in the other front seat. No idea what happened to them. I'm hoping they're alive if not okay.
