What do people usually call about?

our call center is divided into departments! so I book deliveries and pickups, so predictably, people call most about that.

a lot of people get the number choices wrong and wind up with questions about letters and mail deliveries which I can't answer, though, so I get a fair amount of calls I have to transfer.

this also happens a lot with people who want price and service details, which I also can't help with.
