Is your estate operating at zero profits? I'm asking as a fellow sim owner, 24k/month is roughly 96$
It's a great rental price for renters, just wondering. Maybe some people get a tier discount from the lab
gogolita: It is Dream Seeker Estates, so a larger estate with many grandfathered sims. We rent a portion of our homesteads and full prim sims, as part of our Value Rentals.
Are they grandfathered homesteads? There are still some grandfathered sims around and if that's the case then the lower rental cost would still cover tier.
Offering some grandfathered at lower prices is a good way to bring in more business
heartonawire: yeah and we offer other sims that come landscaped and terraformed with themes our customers can change. It helps to offer no frill options for our customers that just want a blank slate to design

I know there are gf tier sims still, that's still break even pricing
Obviously they can't rent all their sims at cost but those that they do will tell their friends and so on.
I'm just asking to understand the business model; of course it's great no one else can beat that price lol
