Except I don't know if I WILL get up on time for work, since I've been sleeping all over the place because of the flu.
I haven't actually set my alarm all week because I couldn't work, and so I just slept all the time.
Sleep is important to get better. Unfortunately, the sleep train runs behind even when you're better.
I just want to be able to get up on time. ;A; I don't need points for being late to work. I already have a point for calling in last Tues when I had to go to the DR
Thanks for ALERTING ME PLURK, GODDAMN. I worked at 9 this morning, I made it though. xD I wound up waking up aorund 6am.
If your sleep schedule is like, super, super off for a long period.... You said you'd seen a doctor on Tuesday, was it for the sleeping problems? (And you might want to look into a session at a sleep clinic?)
One friend had lots of trouble sleeping and waking up, and turns out they had apnea, so it couldn't hurt to try.
Oh, no, nothing like that. I went into the Dr cuz I had a fever and found out I caught the Flu, which resulted in me being out of work for a week while I was contagious.
So I pretty much just slept all the time for like 3-4 days, and was worried about not being able to get up on time, since I didn't have a set wake up time while I was sick like I normally do xD
(I've had a friend and the brother in law get diagnosed with severe apnea and need CPAP machines, so I'm kind of paranoid about people not sleeping right.)
Mine is just cuz I'm still sick so I still feel super tired all day.
