my colleague just kept giving her children so we could try out all the questions/evidence we needed to ask for in the letter.

She cursed this later when the letter made her make up names for them all.
They were called Ay, Bea, See, Dee, Ei, Eff, Gee, Aitch, Aye (a twin to Ay) and Jay.
I was actually quite impressed she came up with three normal names.
AND MY MISTAKE THERE WERE TEN.
