I've heard if you avoid loud situations and let it heal naturally it will, but I've also heard people say you should just go see someone to have it closed up

Seconding Li, go to a doctor asap---Take it from someone who has hearing aids, you don't wanna risk losing your hearing. But until then, avoid loud noises and ear phones and anything that would bother your ear.

I got it checked. There might be a small rupture, but it was too small to see without a microscope. They said 99% of ones that size should close up within a week to 3 weeks
