i write historical fiction!! or rather i am working on a comic...

What era/area of the world?

(I play historical fiction/fantasy OCs myself)

early 20th century uk, soft-fantasy setting, emphasis on shirley jackson or barbara comyns-style horror

basically: a young lady who can see ghosts, her sort of hapless magician brother, and their friend, a precocious socialite With A Sword

its basically a dark fantasy of manners if anyone is familiar with that term idk

I would definitely play off of them. I don't have a period appropriate character but that sounds cool.

lizzie, the medium. shes a very, very sheltered 14-year-old

simon, her brother. gruff, showoffy, occasionally turns into a flock of starlings when hes anxious

julia is... not a great influence on anyone, possibly a spy, coquettish
