(It's super quick if you go back to an older check in and just edit+copy what you put in an older comment! that's what I've been doing)
Yeah I typically keep a copy of any AC related things on my character journals and copy paste, it's a good trick
in StE with the standard AC I actually did have a formula set up and just pasted in threads. Saved a lot of time.
