that and I'd have to read through all of Fate/Apocrypha if I wanted to play Mordred again

The nice thing about this game is that AC is a paragraph each month (with thread links) saying what your character did. You only get into trouble if you have several months where you don't really do stuff

so if you want someplace to get your feet back in and see if you have time, this might be a good fit.

they remain in the game world, but there are ways to find out. I believe one way is just to straight out ask Kyuubey how the wish was fulfilled. I saw one person who was going

to go the 'a double takes my place' route and asked for something to see the double with so that would be an option.

Or, I suppose there is the they see it in a dream or vision route as well

And wishes don't necessarily have to require you to be in your home world. If it's something that affects you personally, you see it in your Magus ability.
