A seventeen issue origin arc where they dance around not figuring out who the other one is. Then they do, and a six issue arc of them not liking each other. Then they have to face down something awful together
which solidifies their friendship and they become bros and cover for each other. until SOMETHING TERRIBLE HAPPENS NEXT MONTH. TUNE IN!

but at the same time, Spider-Man shares a City with the Fantastic 4 and still doesn't get upstaged
spidey would probably just nerd out and they'd be friends
...also in this reality, it would be possible for Spiderman to date Supergirl
so would she get hit with the Spidey love-life curse, or is she immune by being FREAKING SUPERGIRL

granted I don't know a ton about Superman
It varies a bit between authors but generally Clark is a straight shooter and nice guy. Not always great about cooperating with other heroes the first time around but once he's used to it he's a team player.
