If I made a full-fledged au it'd be way too much effort and i'd make all the reincarnates but seriously there is no gem boring enough to be Daisuke/Hiiragi

maybe feldspar, the most common and therefore boringest of gems

not even polished, just a shitty rock

(He fulfills an important narrative need, by making it much harder for Rin to run roughshod over everyone doing some bullshit, but I just can't countenance his boringness)
